At Noble Fir, we want your holiday season to feel as joyful and stress-free as possible. Every tree and decoration is carefully checked before shipping, and our team takes pride in delivering the magic of Christmas straight to your door.

Because our products are seasonal, we ask that you review the return and refund terms below before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to make things right if something doesn’t go as planned.

Refund Policy 

At Noble Fir, we are committed to ensuring you receive the perfect Christmas centerpiece. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect your Noble Fir product as soon as it arrives. Check for any shipping damages, defects, or errors in the order. This immediate step helps us resolve any issues for you quickly.


 

2. Return Eligibility Window

To be eligible for a return or refund, please notify us within 30 days of your order's delivery date or before December 25th, whichever comes first. This deadline is in place to ensure we can serve you effectively during the busy holiday season. Returns are not accepted after this period.

3. How to Report an Issue & Return

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to start the process. Reach our support team at Help@noblefir.christmas.

In your email, please provide the following information:

• Your Order Number

• The Product Name/Item Number you are inquiring about.

• Clear Photos and/or Videos of the product, specifically showing the damage, defect, or error.

Once we receive and review your request, we will determine the best solution. If a return is required, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges (e.g., swapping one tree for another). The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper assembly.

• Any request made after the return eligibility window (30 days from delivery or December 25th).
