Below are the possible order statuses and what each one means:

In Progress

• We’ve received your order and are reviewing it before sending it to our warehouse.

• Your order has been sent to the warehouse and is being prepared for shipment.

• Part of your order has been shipped (if applicable).
   

Shipped

• Your order has been picked up by the carrier.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

• If the carrier cannot access your address or the address appears incorrect, the delivery may be delayed.

Delivered

• Your order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided.

• Please check your tracking details for proof of delivery.
   

Returned

• One or more items from your order have been returned to us.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange options.

Once you have placed your order, you may track it with our order tracking page. You may not see movement of your tracking numbers for up to 48-72 hours. Depending on the shipping route, it is normal for 24-48 hours to pass between scans.
