YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Please note that this right to cancel is additional to your other statutory rights as a consumer and our standard returns and exchanges policy below. If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business and you are not purchasing products from us for purposes which are wholly or mainly in connection with any business you may have or trade you run), you have the right to cancel the contract formed with us when you purchased products on the Site. You can cancel the contract for any reason and at any time within the cancellation period (see below). This right to cancel applies to both sale items and non-sale items.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request to cancel it at any time before shipment.

Simply complete the cancellation form below. No reason is required — eligible unshipped orders can be canceled unconditionally. This service is available to both registered and guest customers.

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review and process it as soon as possible. In most cases, your order will be canceled and refunded within 24 hours.

Refund Processing Time

After we issue your refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds typically arrive within 24–48 hours, although processing may take longer on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Cancellation requests can only be accepted for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled through this form.
